Recently California officials banned 38 funeral homes from providing preneed services. These are the funeral homes that are unable to fulfill preeneed services and the auditor who suprevised the audit of those funeral homes released the list on the website of California Department of Consumer Affairs.

These funeral homes are now given until July 21 to take the necessary corrective action. Then they need to report back to the supervising auditor about the actions they have taken to correct the situation.
